Lottie and Tom are (finally) getting married!

The ceremony is on Saturday 2nd September 2017 at 1:00pm at Freshwater All Saints Church

Come join us afterwards for drinks in Tapnell Manor Gardens (weather permitting), followed by afternoon tea and a party to remember at Tapnell Farm.

First to the third of September 2017 at Tapnell Farm on the Isle of Wight. With the ceremony taking place on Saturday the first of September.

The reception is on a working farm, so stilettos and maxi dresses are not recommended!

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable, but wellies and petticoats are very welcome, the more colourful the better!

As you will probably all know - we met at Reading Festival way back in 2004.

So what better way to celebrate than having our very own WEDFEST.

Celebrations will start on Friday 1st and run through to Monday 4th if you stay with us at Tapnell Farm.

Dependant on the weather we will plan for something fun on Sunday!

The site has safari tents and log cabins which are fully kitted out with bedrooms, living rooms and bathrooms.

For evening entertainment there are firepits, a communal pizza oven and a couple of wood-fired hot tubs, perfect for making new friends and catching up with old ones. It is going to be a really communal affair, and you may be staying with some other lovely guests you haven’t met before!

Tapnell farm has play barns and a bouncing pillow for the kids (and big kids) as well as plenty of animals to make friends with. For those staying on site there is also a gift shop, gallery and a lovely restaurant open for breakfast through to dinner. There is also an “honesty shed” on site with some handy glamping supplies.

There are 3 main ferry routes onto the Island.

Wightlink provides services from Lymington to Yarmouth (about 10 minutes to the wedding and reception venues) and Portsmouth to Fishbourne (about 40 minutes from the venues). If you are staying at Tapnell Farm you can use their business account to get cheaper tickets!

Red Funnel provides a service from Southampton to West Cowes (about 20 minutes from the venues); again if you are staying you can book through Tapnell Farm for a discount, just email hello@tapnellfarm.com or phone 01983 758729.

You can also usually find discount codes online, such as at www.vouchercodes.co.uk

If could offer a spare seat in your car, or need a lift across the water, let us know where you are coming from and when, and we can see if we can find you a lift so you could split the cost and safe a few pennies!
